Laundry equipment is here to keep every single piece of textile at Bono Fortis always fresh and clean

When we started preparing the Bono Fortis premises, among million things to do one was to set up a proper laundry. One of the basic needs for life is to keep the clothes clean. Especially wen we are dealing with children, it is of utmost importance to make sure that all the bedsheets, clothes, blankets, and towels are frequently washed and always kept fresh. It was clear that we needed a high capacity laundry. A normal home washers, dryers, and ironing machines would not do the job, so we needed high capacity industrial machines. However they are neither cheap nor easily avaliable in a war-torn country.

At the moment all our resources were being used up for many other urgent needs, plus we were extremely short on time, we had to prepare the premises ASAP, for the children to arrive. so we heeded someone's swift kindness to save the day. And before long, the savior came by. Ruslan Vavriichuk, a young and successful entrepreneur was quick to respond to our call for help. Without even knowing us, without even checking who we were and what our "real intentions" might have been, he just trusted us, because he trusted our member of the board of Trustees Irena Byrk. 

Ruslan bought and had delivered the machines just as we needed - high capacity, brand new, and made by world's top manufacturers. Total cost of the equipment axceded 10,000 Dollars. We thank Ruslan for his generosity! And we thank Irena Bryk for introducing us to yet another kind person with a big heart!

Later, Ruslan and his team visited Bono Fortis, he was impressed and touched to see the place and get to know with the children who without realizing it, are sleeping in clean and fresh beds thanks to him.
